Eight weeks of live RQ™ coaching. Real tools for self-awareness, communication, emotional regulation, and intentional partner selection. This is a real curriculum designed to create real change.

2. Do the work

Between sessions you'll complete exercises, practice new skills in real life, and come back each week ready to go deeper with the cohort. The work makes it stick.

3. Meet someone ready

Graduates receive complimentary facilitated introductions within the Attach♡d network; men and women who have completed the same program and are genuinely ready for what comes next.
